Life gives us many different things,
Some are good some are bad.
Some are there to celebrate good times,
While others are there to make us feel sad.
But friends are there, there through it all
No matter how bad the time is, Or how hard and far the fall.
When push comes to shove, And you fall to the ground.
Whether because of some boy, Or losing to death someone you love
Friends are always there, No matter the strain
Whether the sun is shinning, Or it's pouring down rain.
Friends understand you, And the way you feel inside.
Whether your boy/girlfriend dumped you, Or one of your pets just died
Then when you move, And go far away
Give them your number, And they'll call you everyday.
